Acronis Nilmay exhibition stall design at FITAG Tech Expo Gandhinagar, Helipad Exhibition Centre

The two brands were separated by height. A curved white fascia band carries the Acronis wordmark and the Platinum Service Provider shield; a taller navy tower at the corner takes the illuminated nilmay logo with a backlit Cyber Clinic panel below. Inside, a printed solutions map covers the rear wall beside a large screen. A rounded navy frame closes the open edge of the two-side-open stall, and an LED line traces the floor.

The Brief
An 18 sqm corner in a busy tech hall, two sides open, neighbours running their own blue-lit graphics on both flanks. Acronis is the global name; Nilmay is the partner doing the selling. The exhibition stall design at FITAG Tech Expo Gandhinagar had to hold both marks without one swallowing the other, and still leave room to sit a visitor down.

The Challenge
An 18 sqm corner in a busy tech hall, two sides open, neighbours running their own blue-lit graphics on both flanks. Acronis is the global name; Nilmay is the partner doing the selling. The exhibition stall design at FITAG Tech Expo Gandhinagar had to hold both marks without one swallowing the other, and still leave room to sit a visitor down.

Traffic arrived from two directions, so the corner tower does the work from a distance and the fascia takes over close up. The glass table and chairs sit off the aisle, out of the flow, which is where the longer discussions happened. At 18 sqm the exhibition stall design at FITAG Tech Expo Gandhinagar still read as a proper bay rather than a booth.
