↓Avantika at CPHI Greater Noida: backlit exhibition stall design for a pharma exporter
Client: Avantika
A deep white fascia banded in red wraps both open edges and carries the name and tagline, with downlights recessed into its underside so light falls inward. The walls are a run of backlit translucent panels, markets map, flagship brands, OTC range, regulatory compliance, each legible without a screen. A mustard-framed niche in the pharma exhibition booth holds lit shelves of cartons. The meeting corner sits furthest in, with a glass-top table, white chairs and a sofa.

Case Study
The Challenge
Export buyers at CPHI want proof before conversation: approvals, markets served, categories carried. Avantika had 36 sqm on two open sides and a long list to communicate in the few seconds a delegate gives a stand. The exhibition stall design at CPHI Greater Noida had to make the compliance story legible from the aisle without turning the walls into a printed brochure.
What We Designed
A deep white fascia banded in red wraps both open edges and carries the name and tagline, with downlights recessed into its underside so light falls inward. The walls are a run of backlit translucent panels, markets map, flagship brands, OTC range, regulatory compliance, each legible without a screen. A mustard-framed niche in the pharma exhibition booth holds lit shelves of cartons. The meeting corner sits furthest in, with a glass-top table, white chairs and a sofa.
Why It Worked
Delegates read the panels in the order they were sequenced, and the backlighting meant that information held up under flat overhead hall light. The red reveal on the fascia kept the brand block visible across the aisle. Conversations moved to the corner table once the panels had answered the first questions, which is how this exhibition stall design at CPHI Greater Noida was meant to work.
