Blueshell at WAPTAG Water Expo Gandhinagar: a 45 sqm exhibition stall design in white and violet

The long outer face of this 45 sqm plot pointed straight down the main aisle, which is both an opportunity and a trap — a blank wall that far out can read as a barrier. Blueshell wanted the exhibition stall design at WAPTAG Water Expo Gandhinagar to work as advertising from that side while still pulling people around to the three open edges.

So that face of the 45 sqm booth became a screen. A large LED wall sits flush in it under illuminated Blueshell lettering. Round the corner the shell turns soft — curved white walls, vertical fin ribs washed violet by cove lighting, and an oval cut-out in the ceiling with light spilling from it. Booster pumps sit in a lit grid of white niches, purifiers on plinths, and a curved counter with a glowing base marks the entry. Blue carpet holds the interior together.

The screen worked at aisle distance and the violet wash worked up close; between them, people arrived curious. Inside, the niche grid let a dealer compare dozens of pump variants instead of asking for a catalogue, and the lounge absorbed the ones who wanted numbers. Reading from far away and rewarding a close look is what makes an exhibition stall design at WAPTAG Water Expo Gandhinagar earn its floor area.
