An ERP and software company at a water industry expo has a harder sell than the purifier brands around it — nobody walks the hall looking for software. Intelliworkz had 18 sqm on three open sides and needed one line to do the work of a product display. So the exhibition stall design at WAPTAG Water Expo Gandhinagar was planned around a single message, not a range.

Intelliworkz had 18 sqm on three open sides and needed one line to do the work of a product display. So the exhibition stall design at WAPTAG Water Expo Gandhinagar was planned around a single message, not a range.

One wall carries everything. A pale laminate backdrop holds a full-width dark panel reading 'ERP for Manufacturing & Trading Industry', washed by a row of arm-mounted spots above the header. A narrow side fin lists the service lines and a second panel introduces the group companies. The floor stays almost empty on purpose: a white counter at the corner, a sofa, four chairs around a glass table, and grey carpet marking the technology exhibition booth apart from the red aisle.

Text this size can be read from the middle of the aisle, which is the only way an 18 sqm stand competes with 100 sqm neighbours. The empty floor also helped — passers-by could see there was room to sit, which reads as an invitation. Keeping the exhibition stall design at WAPTAG Water Expo Gandhinagar this spare made the message the loudest thing in it.
