Lexcru Group's 150 sqm exhibition stall design at WAPTAG Water Expo Gandhinagar

150 sqm is enough space to lose a visitor in. Lexcru Group manufactures components — taps, housings, membranes, cartridges, RO cabinets — thousands of parts rather than one hero product, and only two sides of the plot were open. The exhibition stall design at WAPTAG Water Expo Gandhinagar had to announce the 'India's largest' claim from the aisle and then stay browsable once you were inside.

Outside and inside of the custom stall were treated as two different buildings. The whole external band is clad in rippled mirror sheet that breaks up the hall reflections, with backlit Lexcru lettering above and a full-height LED wall set into it. Entry is through a raked white portal. Past that, the stall becomes a showroom: walls of white niche shelving from floor to fascia carrying the component range, black track spotlights overhead, wooden window-grid screens as dividers, and a faceted reception counter.

The mirror band and the video wall did the shouting; the interior did the selling. Once through the portal, visitors moved along the niche walls as they would in a hardware showroom — reading, comparing, picking up. Buyers hunting one specific part could find it without asking, which freed the team for people who wanted a quotation, and gave this exhibition stall design at WAPTAG Water Expo Gandhinagar two speeds.
