Timber does the work. Vertical battens clad the back wall and wrap into a pergola of beams overhead, hung with filament bulbs on jute rope. A halo-lit white disc carrying the logo floats against them. A printed panel lists client brands with a screen beside it running plant footage, and the store sits behind the batten line. Wood-plank flooring, a curved counter at the corner and glass tables complete the exhibition stall design at Indian Ceramics Asia Gandhinagar.

Case Study
The Challenge
Machinery halls run cold - white panels, blue graphics, product photographs. Neptune, an equipment maker supplying sanitaryware and tile plants since 1942, wanted something warmer without losing technical credibility. The plot was 35 sqm with 3 sides open, so the exhibition stall design at Indian Ceramics Asia Gandhinagar also had to hide a small store and still feel open from every approach.

Why It Worked
The warm light reads from a distance in a hall lit mostly white, and the glowing disc gave the stand a single recognisable mark. People walked in because it looked like a room rather than a counter. Once inside, the client logo panel did the credibility work quickly, leaving the team free to talk specifications across the tables of this 35 sqm booth.
