Save Equipment Exhibition Stall Design at Aluminium Bharat Gandhinagar 2026

Client: Save Equipment

A single red ribbon sweeps across the white back wall and carries on into the ceiling fascia, tying a long elevation together without breaking it into panels. An LED wall runs extrusion-line footage at the entrance. Red-framed lightboxes hold the installation map and service figures. The reception counter is faceted rather than curved, with a red band at seat height, and planter beds edge the lounge.

Context

The Brief

Save Equipment builds aluminium extrusion presses, machines far too large to bring into a 50 sqm hall space. Everything a visitor needed in order to judge the company had to arrive through film, graphics and conversation, so the exhibition stall design at Aluminium Bharat Gandhinagar was planned around screens rather than product.

Case Study

01

The Challenge

Save Equipment builds aluminium extrusion presses, machines far too large to bring into a 50 sqm hall space. Everything a visitor needed in order to judge the company had to arrive through film, graphics and conversation, so the exhibition stall design at Aluminium Bharat Gandhinagar was planned around screens rather than product.

02

What We Designed

A single red ribbon sweeps across the white back wall and carries on into the ceiling fascia, tying a long elevation together without breaking it into panels. An LED wall runs extrusion-line footage at the entrance. Red-framed lightboxes hold the installation map and service figures. The reception counter is faceted rather than curved, with a red band at seat height, and planter beds edge the lounge.

03

Why It Worked

Showing the plant on screen beat shipping a press. The red arc gave the stand one continuous line to follow from the aisle to the meeting tables, and because the lightboxes sat at standing height the sales team could talk a buyer through a project without sitting down. The exhibition stall design at Aluminium Bharat Gandhinagar suited short conversations.
