TALOD at Aahar 2023 — 18 sqm Exhibition Stall Design in New Delhi

Client: TALOD

A full-height mustard laminate wall does the long-distance work, with the halo-lit Talod mark dead centre and spotlights washing it from the beam above. Next to it a black panel holds an LED screen running product films. Cream counters with printed brand fascias wrap the corner and carry the packet range at eye level, and behind them the two-side-open stall keeps a carpeted four-seat table with moulded chairs.

Context

The Brief

Only 18 sqm, two sides open, and rows of food brands either side pushing colour at the same aisle — that was the starting point at Pragati Maidan. Talod needed distributors to spot the brand from down the hall under the green pavilion beams, then sit long enough for a real trade conversation. The exhibition stall design at Aahar New Delhi had to do both in a small footprint.

Case Study

The Challenge

Talod needed distributors to spot the brand from down the hall under the green pavilion beams, then sit long enough for a real trade conversation. What We Designed

03

Why It Worked

Yellow reads a long way off against the green pavilion structure, so buyers arrived already knowing whose stall it was. The counters let staff hand over packets without anyone crossing a threshold, and the seating pocket sat far enough back that a meeting could run while the front kept receiving walk-ins. That split is what made the exhibition stall design at Aahar New Delhi work at this size.
