Tatsav by Patidar Exports — 90 sqm exhibition stall design at Khadhya Khorak Expo, Gandhinagar

Ninety square metres, three sides open, and a frozen food range that has to be seen cold to be believed. Tatsav came looking for distributors, so the exhibition stall design at Khadhya Khorak Expo Gandhinagar had to carry several long meetings at the same time and still be readable to somebody crossing the hall at speed.

Walls would have wasted the plot, so the three-side open stall got a low orange perimeter and an open middle. The brand block cuts diagonally across white, sized to read from the far aisle, with a laser-cut jali screen easing the corner where two Khadhya Khorak Expo gangways meet. Printed product panels line the inner walls, a refrigerated glass cabinet holds labelled frozen samples, and sofas, bistro tables and stools are spread rather than clustered.

People arrived from every direction and could see a free seat before they stepped up, which is half the battle in a 90 sqm plot. The chiller pulled them the rest of the way; labelled samples under glass are hard to walk past. Through the busy hours this exhibition stall design at Khadhya Khorak Expo Gandhinagar stayed full without ever feeling jammed.
