VHS Mechatronics (VHSM): teal-lit exhibition stall design at EngiMach Gandhinagar
Client: VHSM
Every machine range in this exhibition stall design at EngiMach Gandhinagar became a backlit box rather than a flat poster — deep frames in teal, translucent prints inside, lit evenly so the blue machine photographs hold their colour. They step around three walls at eye level with a screen between them. White walls and a teal band across the fascia keep the rest quiet. The counter curves at the corner with a teal edge, and seating sits behind it, out of the walkway.

The Brief
You cannot bring a double-column CNC VTL into an 18 sqm booth. VHS Mechatronics needed to sell gantry machining centres, horizontal boring machines and waterjet cutters entirely through images, and images in an engineering hall tend to be ignored. The exhibition stall design at EngiMach Gandhinagar had to make printed machines look substantial.

What We Designed

Why It Worked
Lit boxes hold attention in a hall where most graphics are printed flat, and at 18 sqm that was the cheapest way to be seen. Each panel covered one machine type, so a visitor could scan the range from the aisle and ask about one. Pulling the seating behind the counter kept the trade show booth open to walk into from both corners.
