↓Approach Media's own exhibition stall design at BNI Symposium, Gandhinagar
Client: Approach Media
Most of the back wall is a single large LED screen running footage of completed stalls, set into white so nothing competes with it. Green three-dimensional lettering reading EXHIBITION + BRANDING is cut out and fixed above the wall's top edge. A printed side panel carries the project grid, city list and a QR code. Inside, this exhibition stall design at BNI Symposium Gandhinagar becomes a lounge: raised white platform, cream sofas, glass tables, palms at the edges.

Case Study
The Challenge
BNI Symposium is a room full of business owners, not a trade fair audience, and Approach Media was exhibiting its own work there. The 18 sqm plot had two open sides in a hall of small modular stands. Showing built stalls inside a stall is a circular problem: the space itself had to be the sample, which set the shape of this exhibition stall design at BNI Symposium Gandhinagar.

Why It Worked
The screen carried the whole argument: anyone walking past saw finished stalls at full size instead of photographs on a panel. Green lettering above the wall line gave the plot a marker in a hall of low modular booths. Sofas rather than a counter meant conversations started sitting down, which is the useful outcome for an exhibition booth that is also the sample.
