Avantika — 12 sqm Exhibition Stall Design at Pharmatech Expo Gandhinagar 2024

12 sqm is a shelf, not a room. Avantika supplies pharmaceuticals into CIS markets and needed three things onto that shelf: physical product, the countries it ships to, and the approvals that let it ship. The exhibition stall design at Pharmatech Expo Gandhinagar also had to protect one seat, because export enquiries are not conversations anybody has standing in an aisle.

The exhibition stall design at Pharmatech Expo Gandhinagar also had to protect one seat, because export enquiries are not conversations anybody has standing in an aisle.

Both open sides were given over to product. A freestanding curved unit stands at the corner, its shelves lit red from inside, holding packs at eye level for anyone in the aisle; red box niches and slim ledges carry more along the walls. The remaining wall of this pharma exhibition booth is printed - manufacturing capability, market flags, and the EU GMP and regulatory approval marks in one panel. A curved red-edged canopy with recessed downlights caps it.

Sample packs at eye level meant the stall was doing its first job before anyone spoke - a buyer could see the dosage forms from the aisle. The approvals panel then settled the second question, which in export pharma is the one that matters. Keeping a table and four chairs in the back corner gave this exhibition stall design at Pharmatech Expo Gandhinagar somewhere to close.
