IPG Photonics Exhibition Stall Design at LASER World of PHOTONICS Bengaluru 2026

Client: IPG Photonics

We ran a white laminate perimeter around three sides and dropped a blue carpet island inside it, so the 54 sqm booth read as a room rather than a corridor. Backlit cubes carrying ULTRAFAST, WELD MEASUREMENT and 3D PRINTING hang above head height. A media wall runs the company timeline beside the logo. Behind a horizontal slat screen sits a closed meeting room with a long timber table.

Context

The Brief

IPG Photonics arrived at Bengaluru with working laser systems to run and a brand story stretching back to 1990. The exhibition stall design at LASER World of PHOTONICS Bengaluru had to hold machines, a private meeting room and an open demonstration floor on one 54 sqm corner plot, while staying legible from three busy aisles.

What We Designed

We ran a white laminate perimeter around three sides and dropped a blue carpet island inside it, so the 54 sqm booth read as a room rather than a corridor. Backlit cubes carrying ULTRAFAST, WELD MEASUREMENT and 3D PRINTING hang above head height. A media wall runs the company timeline beside the logo. Behind a horizontal slat screen sits a closed meeting room with a long timber table.

03

Why It Worked

Visitors could see a laser welding system on its plinth from the aisle, then step inside for a quiet conversation without leaving the stand. That split is what the exhibition stall design at LASER World of PHOTONICS Bengaluru was built around, and the raised blue platform kept the boundary obvious even when the aisle filled up.
