Meril at MedTech Expo: 81 sqm exhibition stall design in Gandhinagar, 2023
Client: Meril
Everything sits on a raised white platform edged with a blue LED cove that reads as a glow line at floor level. White fascia panels carry the Meril mark on every approach. A run of backlit fabric lightboxes takes the divisions one panel at a time, with an LED video wall for film. Freestanding acrylic letters, live palms in planter boxes and a timber coffee counter complete the three-side open island stall.

The Brief
Meril shared a MedTech Expo hall with global medical names, so an 81 sqm island open on three sides had to hold its own without shouting. Its portfolio runs across cardiovascular, orthopaedics and endo-surgery, which is a lot to explain to a clinician walking between sessions. The exhibition stall design at MedTech Expo Gandhinagar needed clear sightlines and room for unhurried, semi-private conversation.

The platform did the separating. A single step up and a soft light line told people where the stall began, with no rail and no wall. Doctors read the lightbox run in sequence as they walked it, so conversations opened on a specific product. On a wide aisle corner, the exhibition stall design at MedTech Expo Gandhinagar also gave delegates an obvious place to meet.
