Metro Ad & Print Pack exhibition stall design at WAPTAG Water Expo Gandhinagar, 36 sqm

A visitor could arrive from any of three aisles, and whichever way they came they had to meet a different part of the business. Metro Ad & Print Pack were showing packaging and print alongside their Imigo purifier line, Water Love and Butterfly. The exhibition stall design at WAPTAG Water Expo Gandhinagar had to hold four names on 36 sqm without any of them looking like an afterthought.

A white canopy with rounded corners wraps the whole exhibition booth at high level and gives every face a fascia — Metro Ad on one, Imigo on the next, Butterfly and Water Love on the black stretch. Underneath, a red column clad in fluting anchors the corner and carries the screen. Purifiers stand on black-skirted white plinths, red ring frames hold display on one wall, and a rail of polos sits beside the print samples. Sofas and glass tables fill the middle.

Because the canopy runs right round, there is no back of the stall — every approach gets a brand name overhead and product at eye level below it. The red column reads as the address from a distance and marks where to walk in.
