RB Automation: 32 sqm Exhibition Stall Design at Automation Expo Mumbai 2026
Client: RB Automation
At the open corner we stood a freestanding white portal — a lit rectangular frame holding a single spec board on PLC and IO ranges, with sample modules on a shelf at its foot. Behind it the fascia steps up in stages, carrying both logos and the stall number. The back wall alternates printed spec boards with a large screen running a product render, and a stat panel in deep blue anchors one end of the automation stand.

The Brief
A corner plot of 32 sqm, three sides open, in a hall where every neighbour was also selling motion control. RB Automation shares its fascia with Rtelligent and trades as RBA Optisync, so three names had to sit together without one swallowing the others. The exhibition stall design at Automation Expo Mumbai also had to give small PLCs and drives a stage of their own.

Why It Worked
The portal worked harder than its size suggested: visitors stopped at it before they reached the counter, which kept the aisle moving and left the lounge free for longer talks. Cove LED under the fascia washed the back wall so printed boards stayed legible under hall light. That is what we wanted from this exhibition stall design at Automation Expo Mumbai.
