SS Innovation: 24 sqm Exhibition Stall Design at CABG Gandhinagar 2026

Client: SS Innovation

We built it as a clinical white room. A hexagonal wood-panel raft floats over a black ceiling deck, with track spotlights aimed down onto the equipment rather than the graphics. The rear wall is a single backlit fabric run carrying dimensional brand lettering and the milestone figures. A white laminate plinth lifts the robotic arm cart at the entrance; side lightboxes hold the cardiac instrument and console panels, and a backlit reception counter sits against the glass partition.

Context

The Brief

A surgical robot only convinces people when they can stand next to it. SS Innovation brought a full tele-surgery system — arm cart, surgeon console, instrument range — to a cardiac meeting, and the exhibition stall design at CABG Gandhinagar had to hold all of it inside 24 sqm open on two sides, without the room reading like a warehouse floor.

Case Study

01

The Challenge

What We Designed

We built it as a clinical white room. A hexagonal wood-panel raft floats over a black ceiling deck, with track spotlights aimed down onto the equipment rather than the graphics. The rear wall is a single backlit fabric run carrying dimensional brand lettering and the milestone figures. A white laminate plinth lifts the robotic arm cart at the entrance; side lightboxes hold the cardiac instrument and console panels, and a backlit reception counter sits against the glass partition.

03

Why It Worked

Nothing on the stand competed with the hardware. Because every surface was white or softly lit, the arm cart and the tele-surgeon console read as the only objects with colour and motion, and visitors walked straight to them. The warm hexagonal ceiling kept the exhibition stall design at CABG Gandhinagar from turning cold, which matters when the audience is standing for a demonstration.
