Valeo at REI Expo Chennai 2025 - a 36 sqm exhibition stall design in white and orange

Valeo booked 36 sqm with three sides open in a Chennai Trade Centre hall crowded with much larger solar names. Its products, interconnect components, are small and technical, so the stall could not lean on hardware to draw people. The exhibition stall design at REI Expo Chennai had to work as a landmark first and a meeting room second.

Its products, interconnect components, are small and technical, so the stall could not lean on hardware to draw people. The exhibition stall design at REI Expo Chennai had to work as a landmark first and a meeting room second.

A deep orange band wraps the top edge and folds down the corner column, carrying a backlit logo box high enough to read from the aisle. Below it, the exhibition stall design at REI Expo Chennai stays deliberately open - a white reception counter at the front corner, a glass-top table with four chairs at the centre, printed product walls at the rear. Two rounded orange open-frame units mark the entry lines, holding literature and samples without blocking the view in.

Because two aisles meet at the corner, visitors could step in from either direction and reach the counter without crossing anyone's meeting. The orange frames read as gateways rather than barriers. Once inside, the white platform and low furniture kept the space feeling calm, which is what made the energy exhibition booth hold people long enough to talk.
