A hall column landed inside Healthwise Pharma's 27 sqm plot, more or less where a stall this size wants its counter. Two sides opened onto a busy blue-carpet aisle. They contract-manufacture softgel capsules, so the exhibition stall design at Pharmatech Expo Gandhinagar had to hold small products, a certification story and enough seats for buyer meetings.

Rather than fight the column, we wrapped it in mirror sheet and planned around it. A mustard wood-textured wall runs the back with white floating shelves for sample packs, and three backlit panels carry the third-party manufacturing and bio-actives story. The white curved portal at the entry, cove-lit, gives the exhibition stall design at Pharmatech Expo Gandhinagar its shape from the aisle, and a suspended square light box marks the seating below.

The mustard wall did the pulling; the shelves did the holding. Buyers picked up sample packs, read the unit timeline behind them, then sat down at one of the two glass tables. Placing the counter at the open end let the team greet people without blocking the way into this pharma exhibition booth, and the mirrored column simply disappeared.
