The back wall runs the sequence left to right, from managing the details through process development and concept realisation to production support, with a real welding head and a robot arm on the counter at the end of it. Blue carpet printed with battery and vehicle icons marks the floor. A closed meeting room sits behind frosted glass, its walls carrying the two brand lines the company uses everywhere.

The Brief
A laser company at a renewable energy show has to explain itself before it can sell anything. IPG Photonics welds EV battery packs, a step most people at REI have never watched, so the exhibition stall design at REI Greater Noida was organised around the process, step by step.

What We Designed
The back wall runs the sequence left to right, from managing the details through process development and concept realisation to production support, with a real welding head and a robot arm on the counter at the end of it. Why It Worked
Reading the wall takes about fifteen seconds and ends at a machine you can stand next to, which is roughly the attention a passing visitor gives an unfamiliar technology. The printed floor is the cheapest element on the stand and the one that answers the question a solar visitor arrives with, which is what a laser company is doing here at all.
