Exhibitor's Guide to Yashobhoomi (IICC), New Delhi

Mehul — Director, Approach Media · 13 September 2026

Delhi's exhibition map used to have two poles: Pragati Maidan (now Bharat Mandapam) in the centre, and India Expo Mart out in Greater Noida. Yashobhoomi — the India International Convention & Expo Centre (IICC) in Dwarka — is the newest addition, and organizers are voting with their bookings: semiconductors, FMCG sourcing, pharma and fenestration shows all land there through the rest of 2026.

If your show is one of them, here's your planning head start.

Shows at Yashobhoomi: 2026 calendar

Last checked: 15 August 2026 — always confirm dates on the official show site.

Show Dates Industry Booking window status (custom stall = 6–8 weeks)
SEMICON India 2026 17–19 September Semiconductors & electronics Show week — logistics only (our SEMICON guide)
CMPL Expo Delhi 2026 23–24 October FMCG contract manufacturing & private label Open — decide within the next 2 weeks
CPHI India 2026 23–25 November Pharma ingredients Ideal window open now
Zak Doors & Windows Expo 2026 (22nd edition) 10–12 December Doors, windows & façades Ideal window open now

One date-quirk worth flagging early: CPHI India runs at Yashobhoomi while its sister show PMEC India runs simultaneously at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida — a split-venue format across Delhi NCR. If you're exhibiting in the pharma cluster, that changes your logistics plan; our dedicated split-venue guide publishes this week.

What's different about a new venue

The upside: modern infrastructure

Yashobhoomi was built recently and to convention-grade spec, with metro connectivity to Dwarka and proximity to IGI Airport — a real convenience for international visitors compared with cross-city treks. For shows with overseas buyer traffic (SEMICON, CPHI), that matters to who actually reaches your stall.

The caution: fewer habits to rely on

At NESCO or India Expo Mart, experienced exhibitors and builders run on years of venue habit. A newer venue means fewer assumptions hold: hall allocation logic, service ordering, delivery access and build-window practice all come fresh from each show's exhibitor manual. The manual is always the law — at a new venue, it's also the only map. Get it to your stall builder the day it arrives, and let them flag what's unusual.

Dwarka logistics

The venue sits in Dwarka, on Delhi's airport side — the opposite end of NCR from Greater Noida. Factor hotel choice and material delivery routes accordingly, especially for the split-venue pharma weeks in November when some teams will shuttle between both venues.

Planning your stall

The rules that hold everywhere hold here: book 6–8 weeks out for custom (10–12 for a double-decker — rules here), get a venue-specific fixed-price quote, and insist on a build that arrives finished — our standard is 100% mock-up testing in the workshop before dispatch, with on-time delivery guaranteed in writing.

For the November–December shows at this venue, the ideal booking window is open right now. Concept and costing in 48 hours.
