Most exhibitors say "CPHI-PMEC" as one word, because for years it has been one event. In 2026, it isn't — not physically. CPHI India runs at Yashobhoomi (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi on 23–25 November, while PMEC India runs at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida on 24–26 November. Same organizer, same week, two venues at opposite ends of Delhi NCR, with a two-day overlap.
If you're exhibiting, sourcing, or doing both, this changes your November. Here's the plan.
The dates, side by side

What the split means in practice
Pick your primary floor by what you sell
Ingredients, intermediates, services → CPHI at Yashobhoomi. Machinery, equipment, packaging lines → PMEC at India Expo Mart. For most exhibitors the choice is made by their catalogue. The harder calls are companies spanning both — equipment makers with consumables, or CDMOs courting both audiences.
The cross-venue visitor is real — and rushed
During the two overlap days, serious buyers will attempt both venues. Dwarka to Greater Noida is a long NCR crossing; anyone doing both in a day arrives at the second venue tired and behind schedule. Two consequences for your stand: make the first five metres do the work (a rushed visitor triages brutally), and make meetings bookable in advance so cross-venue visitors commit a time slot instead of "dropping by".
One brand, two-venue presence?
Exhibiting at both venues doubles cost but not necessarily impact. The disciplined alternative: one full stand at your primary venue, and a focused presence at the other — smaller footprint, one message, meeting-first layout. If you do take two stands, insist on one design language: the buyer who sees you in Dwarka on Monday should recognize you instantly in Greater Noida on Wednesday.
Logistics double quietly
Two venues mean two exhibitor manuals, two sets of submission deadlines, two build windows, two delivery routes — even for one company. This is precisely the situation turnkey project management exists for: one team owning both venues' paperwork, builds and deadlines, one invoice.
Your timeline is ideal — today
This article publishes about ten weeks before the shows: comfortably inside the window for full custom builds at either venue, and just inside the 10–12 week runway for a double-decker (rules here) if the decision is quick. Concept and costing in 48 hours, fixed-price, venue-specific for whichever floor — or both.
We've covered both venues in depth: the Yashobhoomi exhibitor's guide and our India Expo Mart guide (publishing next week).

## FAQAre CPHI India and PMEC India at the same venue in 2026? No — CPHI India is at Yashobhoomi (Dwarka, New Delhi), 23–25 November; PMEC India is at India Expo Mart (Greater Noida), 24–26 November. They overlap on 24–25 November.
Which show should my company exhibit at? Ingredients and services → CPHI; machinery and equipment → PMEC. Companies spanning both should choose a primary venue and consider a focused secondary presence rather than two full stands.
Can visitors attend both venues in one day? The overlap days make it possible but demanding — the venues sit at opposite ends of Delhi NCR. Check the official site for inter-venue transport arrangements, and book meetings in advance.
When should I book my stall builder? Now — ten weeks out is the ideal window for custom builds, and the last comfortable moment to decide on a double-decker.
What does a stall at these shows cost? The India range applies: ₹7,000–₹25,000 per sq metre custom, depending on design, quoted venue-specifically — details in our cost guide. A two-venue presence is quoted as one project.
