Two of these deserve a note. Aluminium Bharat is the new name carrying forward the Alumex India legacy, organized by ALEMAI — if you exhibited at "Alumex", this is that show. And Khadhya Khurak, Gujarat's long-running food expo, runs its 23rd edition at the Helipad Ground.

Why this venue keeps winning shows

Gandhinagar has become Gujarat's exhibition capital, and the Helipad ground is its workhorse venue — large open exhibition space that organizers can configure per show. For exhibitors, that flexibility cuts both ways: the venue adapts to each show's layout, which means hall plans, stall structures and build rules change from show to show. Planning a stall for a Helipad show

Book your builder against the show date, not "sometime before"

Count backwards from opening day. A custom stall is comfortable at six to eight weeks; a double-decker needs ten to twelve. For Agri Asia on 11 September, that window has already closed for full custom — for Aluminium Bharat (26 September) it's closing now, and for Khadhya Khurak in December you're in the ideal planning zone today.

Design for the audience each show brings

The same venue hosts very different buyers. PharmaTech visitors inspect machinery up close — they need demo access and technical conversation space. Agri Asia draws a broad trade audience — visibility and product display carry the day.
